Company Policies & Legal Disclaimers

By requesting notarial services from Adept Tax Solutions ("Company"), the client ("Customer") acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Identification Requirement:
All signers must present a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID at the time of notarization. The notary reserves the right to decline service if ID is not provided or does not meet legal requirements.

Document Readiness:
Documents must be completed prior to the notary’s arrival. We do not provide legal advice, review, or document preparation services.

Multiple Signers & ID Verification:
Each additional signer or ID verification may be subject to an extra fee. Please indicate this during intake.

Witnesses:
If a witness is required and not provided by the client, a witness may be supplied by the Company for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Mobile Notary & Travel Fees:
Mobile appointments include additional travel charges based on distance, scheduling urgency, and location access.

Scheduling and Cancellations: Appointments are not confirmed until the Company verifies availability. A minimum of two (2) hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, arrive late, or fail to appear with proper documentation, all payments are non-refundable.
Rebooking after a missed appointment may require full repayment.
